About Tony Martignetti

Tony has been serving the needs of nonprofits since 1997.

As founder and managing director of Martignetti Planned Giving Advisors, LLC, he leads a company that supports compelling nonprofit missions.

As authority on the laws and trends of charity registration, he is the author of the book Charity Registration: State-by-State Guidelines for Compliance.

In 2010, he began hosting Tony Martignetti Nonprofit Radio.

As an expert in gift planning and charity registration, Martignetti has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, Yahoo! Finance, Bloomberg Wealth Manager, Dow Jones Newswires, GuideStar, Nonprofit Business Advisor and other respected publications.

Martignetti served as Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and a JD from Temple University School of Law.
